캐냐의 NGO단체에서 진행한 건강검진 프로젝트! 학교를 방문하여 어린 학생들의 건강항태를 확인하였습니다. 건강관리의 중요성을 교육하는 기회를 마련했습니다.

치료의 시기를 놓쳐 질병이 악화되는 어려움이 많습니다.
마을회관 주변에 Dr.Clobo 카메라를 보급하여 주민들의
건강상태를 검진을 하는 프로젝트를 진행하였습니다.
이곳을 찾은 주민들이 구강상태를 체크할 수가 있었고,
의사들의 피드백을 받을 수 있게 되었습니다.

Is it free to download the app?It is free to download the app. It is also free to connect and use the camera on the app. However, there are fees for doctors’ consultations.

How do I use the Dr.clobo Camera?After attaching a camera head, you turn on the Dr. Clobo camera by pressing and holding the power button for 3 seconds. You can then connect the camera to the app through your Wi-Fi network. and you can take photos or videos.

How do I wash the head of the camera?The Dr.clobo camera is water resistant, but we recommend using alcohol swabs to clean and disinfect the device and camera heads, (Do not wash the device or camera heads with hot water or liquid other than water.)

How do I charge the Dr. Clobo camera?You can plug the charging cable directly to the camera. And you can charge on the charging stand.

My Dr. Clobo camera is defective and has stopped working. Can I get a replacement?Is there a product warranty?Yes you can, as long as the product has become defective within the warranty period. The product warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase.

How will I communicate with my doctor?You can get an online consultation in 2 ways. - Message consultation : After booking, you will receive a message within 24-48 hours. - Realtime consultation : After booking, you will get a phone call at your reservation time.
